One hour Live Band Performance with different types of songs ranging from 70s, 80s, 90s & 2000s. Songs' language include English, Chinese & Japanese. Songs' genre include pop, soft-rock, folk, jazz, ballad.
In addition to the vocal techniques, students learned:
a) different types of microphone & pickup
b) proper way to use the microphone
c) how to get the best sound from the system
d) the differences of singing indoor versus outdoor
e) how to prepare for a live performance
f) how to sing with a live band
g) how to use the IEM system (In-Ear Monitor)
h) how to balance between IEM and external sound output
i) how to sing as a group and achieve a blended voice
j) how to project the best voice singing outdoor
